We do offer extended returns beyond the 14 days of purchase on a case by case basis.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Exemptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal care products or earrings) cannot be returned unless faulty.
