Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

• Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

• We do offer extended returns beyond the 14 days of purchase on a case by case basis.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

• Process: To arrange a return, please contact us at support with your order details.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive your return.

• Exemptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal care products or earrings) cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will arrange a free return and replacement/refund.
